This is an adorable 1935 cottage in great shape, has original floors, excellent condition and lovely. Yard surrounds you in old oak trees, palms, camellias and azaleas. The back yard peeks out to the beach and so does the kitchen and main bedroom. It has the perfect size entry porch to enjoy the mornings. The den is cozy but large enough for plenty of entertainment and comfort. The kitchen very functional open area with plenty of counter space and eat-in dining with a view.
