Tenants are billed a flat rate of 250.00 for water/sewer/trash/electricity/gas and lawn care. Tenants will need to get a PO BOX (paid for by owner),there is no mail service available for this unit. We are not allowing any pets unless required by law. If a tenant or an occupant has an ESA or Service animal, we require a letter, not more than 5 years old, from your local doctor saying the animal is required. We require prospective tenants to complete an application at the cost of $48.95 per person 18 and older that would be living there. This can be combined income between two adults and is income before any deductions. We will require your most recent pay statement and/or other written verification of income with your application 3. Public Records: We will evaluate court records for charges, convictions, warrants, judgments, and evictions. 4. Credit History: We will look at your credit balance, collections, and overall history of paying debt. If a co-signer is needed/wanted they will also need to complete an application, provide documentation of making a minimum of four times the amount of rent plus own a home in Snohomish County and pre-approved surrounding areas.
