Awesome location for Disney employees! The site here is beautifully landscaped and almost completely shaded. Chances are you will always find a shady parking spotm just outside your apartment. It has all other amenities such as exercise room, pool and tennis. Location is next door to a Starbucks and within walking distance to gas stations, Walgreens, and many restaurants and shopping centers. It is hard to beat this location is you want to be close to Disney. Rent shown is $100 less than my current rent. Sublease is available 10/15 to 12/13 and you can sign your own lease if you would like to stay after December 13th. If you sign your own lease the apartment management will require proof of income and a credit check and application fee.
