Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is 8 miles away. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Guests must present an RFID card to access resort amenities. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of six guests can be accommodated at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis, with parking passes provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. The reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
