22 solar panels were installed on a brand new roof November of 2014. Solar panels have a 25 year transferrable warranty. New roof has thermal barrier plywood underneath, and roofing shingles have a 20 year warranty. Attic was insulated in 2014, as was the garage door. Front entryway has new wrought iron door/gate enclosure as of 3/12/2014 and new kitchen cabinet doors & drawer fronts, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, faucets, and garbage disposal, along with Quartz counter tops and wall tile were installed on 7/31/2014. New furnace/AC unit along with new ducting and vents were professionally installed 8/15/2014. Wrought iron security gates were custom fabricated and installed in 2013. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2011. The interior of the house was freshly repainted in Sept. 2015, and the exterior was repainted 12/5/2015, as was the garden tool storage shed. This home is in a constant state of improvement and upgrades. Thermal insulation for the garage is high on our to-do list this year, as is earthquake retrofitting, seamless aluminum rain gutters, and adding two more fruit trees, more rose bushes, and a pond in our spacious back yard.
