As the pictures portray, the unit is in excellent condition and is upstairs and very private. It has a patio at the entrance, has air conditioning, and is very quiet. Castlemont Elementary School (one of the highest rated in the area) is only a few blocks away. As the owner, I actively manage and maintain all of my units and usually visit the building at least three times per week. The unit will be available about February 12, 2019 (exact date to be determined). Water, garbage and gardening are all paid by the owner - the occupant only pays their own PG&E bill. The security deposit will be $2,000 with a one year lease - month to month rent thereafter. There is no charge to make an application.
