**EMERSON POINT AFFORDABLE ASSISTED LIVING** Emerson Point is an affordable assisted living center intended for persons age 65 or older with an annual income at or below $40,740 for a one person household or $46,560 for a two person household (based on 2019 income limits). Elderly Waivers and Section 8 Rental Assistance are accepted. On-site support services will be offered by Mercy Home Health Care. Services are offered for a fee. Some tenants may qualify for subsidies to reduce their out-of-pocket expense for services.
