Located in the heart of Gordon Square off Detroit Shoreway, public transit is less than a block away, the parking lot is right next door which offers free parking, there are plenty of local shops and businesses right around the corner, downtown is a 5 min drive, and Edgewater park is right up the street within walking distance. Unit is within a three unit home. It is the upper unit. No smoking, no pets (previous tenant had pets and we are now replacing everything), not section 8 eligible as we do not have everything required. We cover water and sewage, tenants are responsible for the other utilities. Background check will be conducted prior to moving in. We will contract the lease on a monthly term. We are open to discussing longer lease agreements! The refrigerator can be removed upon request. If you choose to bring a stove, it needs to be a gas stove.
