Our home is located in the purple parrot gated community which has a fantastic low key friendly vibe. There is a fun, beautiful lagoon style pool located across the street from the house that only residents can access. There is also a little tiki bar/restaurant that has delicious food and drinks that will have live music on occasion. Home must be pet and smoke free due to HOA restrictions . There was major damage from hurricane Sally. While the majority of the house is complete, There may be some final touches that will need to be completed during the lease time such as replacing doors and screening the front porch. We are open to working with the renter and compensating for any inconveniences. No linens provided. We will tack on a fee every month if linens are needed. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED.
