Hi! My name is Alan and I am one of the tenants of this house, I am a 4th year CSE major and currently have 2 roommates; one is an Anthropology and the other is also CSE. I have an upstairs room for rent, that offers good closet space, decent size, and good sunlight coverage. When it comes to amenities in the house, we are already fully furnished, and you will be using the bathroom in the master's bedroom, since the bathroom is already full with my 2 roommates. We are just looking to find a UC Merced student to take the bedroom! All of us are pretty relaxed and love to have a good time hanging out and inviting friends over, so those things sound good, shoot me a message! :) The lease lasts a full year, and we are already in the process of renewing it, since we have already lived here for a year. if you decide to join us, we can just add you on the lease and pay the deposit and rent for that month.
