Upstairs is the main BR with a queen bed and modern en-suite bathroom, a large 2nd bedroom w/ twin bed, and full hall bath. The basement has a 3rd BR w/ super comfortable queen foldout couch, sunny play room, and another full bath. There is a charming front porch, large back deck with a Big Green Egg grill, yard with playset, free off-street parking. We're looking to rent our spacious 3 BR, 3.5 BA fully detached house for up to 6 weeks this summer (July 17 to August 17). We're asking for $800/week ($3,000 for a full month), and can negotiate further with someone looking to rent for the full almost-five weeks. Important: We are looking for non-smoking renters who will take care of our cat, Smokey. Hopefully for the right individual or family the cat is a plus.
