A great home for a small family or a lonely single man such as myself. It has served me well for over 8 years and I have kept it up as best as I could. It has a lovely view of the lake from the back and can easily be accessed for fishing. The outside front has all been painted and caulked. The heating and a/c system is ten years young as well as is the roof. The windows were all replaced within the past 8 years. It has a French drain in the back and the property line extends out about 15 to 20 feet behind the fence. It could use new carpet depending on your opinion but both bathrooms upstairs have new laminate floors installed. Both bedrooms have fresh paint and I AM working on painting the rest of this HOME. The Artist Tom Bur is personally painting all of THE DOORS in this house.
