AS IS. Had to leave in a hurry. Wet locked (mildew smell, mold smell, mold in walls probable, water cracked hall, leaky floor in kitchen, new pipes!!) Fully furnished, OCD flipped (stuff everywhere). Some usable. Fridge not empty but on and smell locked (no time to clean, Military Orders). Usable food if you hurry, cans if you don't. Working mobile appliances. TV stood well. Books okay, magazines bad. DVDS mint. Clothing clean and dirty around. Couches good if uncomfortable. Musical equipment (portable drum set, full scissor amps believed to be STING's) Full Garden Backyard, Usable tools, portable hot tub, Ford F250 XL 2 Door Limited Edition not working, rusty bottom but good for remodel or scrap. Full shed, unlocked (mystery box!), Medium vegetable garden with peach tree (tilled) Fenced backyard, Unfenced front, No look bushes, no locks on doors, rope tied back door. 2 exit doors. Won't be back for anything, fully open to look. Enjoy! Good to be seen if you love to clean, if you don't close your eyes it's still a good house :)
