It's on a low traffic street and the neighbors are all wonderful. The home also has an attached granny unit that has a responsible tenant in her late 30's. She contributes $100 per month for utilities. She's a lovely person and keeps to herself but there would be shared patio space. She's fantastic with kids and was our in house childcare during quarantine. The house is also on solar with drought tolerant landscaping which keeps the utilities very reasonable. The home will be available August 1st. Rent is $4,600 per month but you will receive $100 contribution from the studio tenant for utilities. We are asking for a 1 year lease with first month's rent and a $4,600 deposit. We are open to pets with an additional deposit as long as they are well behaved We are requiring a 1 year lease.
