    We have a beautifully updated 4 bedroom 2 bath home that is walking distance from downtown Carpinteria, the beach and local schools. The upstairs has two very large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and a master bathroom with a deep soaking tub and walk in shower. The bedrooms both have lovely mountain views and the deck, amazing sunset views. The house will be rented unfurnished. This house is great for a family as it offers a large play structure, sandbox and raised garden beds. The property has mature fruit tress providing avocados, peaches, apples, lemons, limes, figs and we may get pomegranates this year. The house is a 2-story home in the Canalino Village neighborhood. It's on a low traffic street and the neighbors are all wonderful. The home also has an attached granny unit that has a responsible tenant in her late 30's. She contributes $100 per month for utilities. She's a lovely person and keeps to herself but there would be shared patio space. She's fantastic with kids and was our in house childcare during quarantine. The house is also on solar with drought tolerant landscaping which keeps the utilities very reasonable. The home will be available August 1st. Rent is $4,600 per month but you will receive $100 contribution from the studio tenant for utilities. We are asking for a 1 year lease with first month's rent and a $4,600 deposit. We are open to pets with an additional deposit as long as they are well behaved We are requiring a 1 year lease. The house is on solar so the electric stays very reasonable. The rent paid to owners is $4,600 but you receive a $100 contribution from the studio tenant toward utilities. Minus cable utilities run about $250 per month.
