Rent is $850 [All utilities included besides electricity which I usually pay around $20 a month] Washer & dryer located in building 5 minute walk to chicago blue line and bus stop chicago 66 in front of unit. Apartment is across Eckart park Free parking along the park, Noble Avenue & Huron Avenue Apartment right between Awake cafe and Ruben barber shop Yummy restaurants and bars near by. Quick bus ride to Navy Pier and loop area ** Window AC unit on sale for $100 [Very new, only used it this past summer] There is a $850 security deposit required and $40 application fee Please only serious inquiries.
