(Currently a new lease on this floor plan starts at $1715.) The unit is an 1166 Sq Ft 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the top (fourth) floor, accessible by elevator. The community is in a great location near the Flatiron Crossing mall just off I-36, convenient to Boulder and Denver. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, office area, playgrounds. The apartment itself is very nice, including a washer/dryer, balcony, walk-in closets, etc. To take over the lease you'll need to apply and be approved with apartment management.
