It's just a short walk to incredible beach parks, boutique shops, gyms, dozens of superb restaurants and coffee shops. You can also walk to the newly built Kirkland Urban and Boardwalk that boasts two high-end grocery stores, lots of shops and a top-notch community area. We are conveniently located one mile from Costco and I-405, giving quick access to several large hospitals in less than 10 minutes. Some amenities for you to enjoy: keypad entry in front and back door, entry alarm alert, Apple TV, Xbox, Hi-Speed Wifi, Yamaha Grand Piano Keyboard, Nespresso, MoccaMaster, and Berkey Water Filter System.
