This is a five bedroom house, all of which are single occupancy with no exceptions. We all share 2 bathrooms. The bedroom itself is rather large with its own entrance, a nice wood floor, and plenty of natural light. There are currently 5 men of a range of ages from 34 to 66 living here and no pets. One of our roommates is very allergic to cats so unfortunately no cats can live here. Small, quiet, very well behaved dogs are considered. Currently there is only a washing machine, which i plan to remedy in the near term. Move in date is flexible but needs to be filled by May 1st, rent prorated by the day for an early move in.
