It features a shared front porch, and a private screened-in back porch with access to a shared back lawn. There is laundry on site in the basement and this apartment has direct access to it from a set of stairs. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a full bathroom. We will furnish to whatever degree required. Water/sewer, gas, and electricity are all included in the rent. We do not allow pets.
