My name is Kat and I own a newer home in Brannon Crossing which sits on the line of Nicholasville and Lexington, KY. My home is about 3000 square feet with a large fenced in backyard patio set and grill, washer/dryer on the first floor, treadmill for anyone to use, and a large kitchen with everything a cook or baker would ever need to make meals. I've been renting and opening my home to select travel nurses and professionals since 2019 and enjoy doing so. Most of the travelers that rent from me extend their contract and many have stayed with me up to a year. It is a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space and areas to relax. The downstairs floor plan is completely open and the living room has a fireplace and 70" smart TV. There is even an extra refrigerator and storage space if needed in the garage. On June 28th, I currently have 2 room available for rent. Both are fully furnished with a queen size bedroom set, smart tv and walk-in closets. One of the rooms has a private bathroom and the rent is $875 including all utilities, and the other shares a full size bathroom with me, and the rent is $850 including all utilities. The house is quiet, and so is the neighborhood. I've made friends with all travel nurses & professionals that have stayed with me, and many are still dear friends, and repeat travelers to the home! The entire house is fully furnished with washer and dryer on the first floor as well as a new treadmill for anyone to use. There is a private fenced in backyard with a grill and patio set. The kitchen is fully equipped with tons of cookware, bakeware, and dishes necessary! Very quiet home as everyone is clean and respectful of other people's schedules. I built this house in 2019 in a quiet neighborhood and it's about 3000 square feet and 2 floors so plenty of space, and also a garage for added storage if needed - the garage does have a second refrigerator for all to use. I've been renting to travel nurses and professional for over 6 years and have always had great successes with all that stay in my home. Everyone is always respectful of others and their privacy. No smoking in the home, and pets may be allowed.
