Homes, Mobile homes, RV's and camping are allowed. Roads - Dirt Road Access Utilities - Power and phone are in the area but not at the parcels. Most cell phones work. Water by well or delivery, sewer by septic. This lot is priced at a steep discount because I suspect the neighbors have deposited two stacks of tires and I think a shell of a car on it, see the last picture for an idea of the mess. Therefore the lot needs some clean up, and the neighbors sorta suck:( On the bright side, the lot to the west of this one is also available at a discount.
