The bedrooms are placed in the home, so that 2 bedrooms and a full bath are on one side of the home and the owners suite is on opposite side of the home, a much liked floor plan for a single story home. I believe the condition of the home will impress, and the bright and cheerful openness is sure to please. The owners shared with me that in the time they have lived in this home they have been pleased with the sense of community in this neighborhood. And Ashville has festivals, block parties etc. its a nice place to live.
