The primary bedroom and common living space is on the second floor (for the views). 3 bedrooms and a full bath is located on the first floor. 4 bedroom 2.5 bath total. There is an outlet on the outside of the garage for charging electric vehicles. There are tons of deer in the neighborhood! Primary bedroom has a king size bed. Back bedroom has a queen bed. Middle bedroom has 2 queen beds. Front bedroom has 2 queen beds. Fully furnished property with a 90 day minimum--mid term rental. Utilities included (electric, water, internet, and trash). The property has a cowboy pool. washer/dryer, propane BBQ pit, and firepit. Month to month (3 month min preferred) or with longterm lease we can discount the monthly rents. Pets are welcome with approval. Utilities are covered up to for short term lease only--Additional $300 per month added to rent.
