The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. Step outside to the oversized wrap-around balcony, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the golf course. Guests have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as pools, spas, and fitness centers. RFID cards are required to access these amenities and cost $15 each, with an expiration date of 3 days. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses, with booking and associated fees being the responsibility of the guest. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets community. Events are not allowed. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
