Easy 3 block walk to the Columbia Heights Metro station. 7 blocks to 14th and U St. NW and amenities. 7 min walk to Giant, Target, and Lidl grocery stores. 10-minute stroll to Wonderland Ballroom and The Coupe. Housemates share the cost of water, electric, gas, cable/internet. Each room is on an independent lease. Lease is for 1-year. No pets please. $55 application fee for credit/background/eviction check. MUST have 660 credit or above, and make over $40k.
