Our goal is to provide a practical, fun, and affordable living environment where students can focus on their studies while still having the quintessential college experience! Meals are prepared twice daily on weekdays by our professional chef, and it's very easy to live without spending any money on food beyond what is provided by the house and included in rent! We are not a fraternity, we are not religiously affiliated, and all social events are completely optional. Rent is determined by the number of residents (the range is from 650$ to 750$), more friends means cheaper rent for all! Get over here and check us out before we fill up! Rent includes: Meals prepared by our chef (10 a week, excluding summer) Utilities included (water, electric, BUSINESS-CLASS INTERNET) Off-street parking Study room- well-lit and spacious Secure bike shed Social events Sporting Events - Members of the house participate in various intramural teams including: Basketball, Ultimate Frisbee, Flag Football, Water-Polo, Soccer and more! Laundry - Fully stocked laundry room with 2 washing machines and dryers Home Gym (bench press, squat rack) Pool, Ping Pong Tables, and a Piano Basketball Court BBQ and Fire Pit Basement theater *You must be a student at OSU, or a nearby community college to live at the Beaver Lodge Utilities are included with rent. Our lease agreement is per academic term at OSU.
