Features of the home: -Can be moved by simply hooking it up to a regular pick up truck -Uses two 100 lb tanks of propane to run the heater, hot water, and the stove top. -Heated with a super efficient propane Dickinson Heater that can run up to 6 months on the propane tanks without refueling(This is partially because of the well insulated floor/walls/ceiling and heat efficient windows) -320 watts of Grape Solar power runs through an MPPT(super efficient) charger to the battery bank keeping it topped off daily. -3500 watt pure sine wave power inverter runs the home off of the battery bank and allows multiple outlets to be used at once( Using a power drill/a microwave/a TV/ DvD player all at the same time is fine) -80 amp direct power switch over unit means when you plug the home into a cord, everything runs off of the cord automatically, and when you unplug, the power automatically switches back to the power inverter. -On demand, propane Hot Water heather produces Hot Water instantly when the faucet or shower are turned on.(There is no need to keep water hot in a tank wasting energy, hot water in available instantly and all water has the ability to run off of the built in fresh water tank or an outside source) -Full electrical system with regular house receptacles that you are used to in your home, on all the time and ready to plug anything into at any time. There is also a 12 volt system that runs the lighting and a few cigarette lighter 12v ports for powering your mobile devices. -Metal roof equipped with a gutter system for rainwater collection(if necessary) -Two burner propane range with cover to create more counter space when not in use -Comes with pressure treated stairs and full composite 8x8' deck off the front of the home. -Gas filled vinyl windows offer excellent preservation of heat or cool. -40" Hitachi flat screen mounted in loft with Samsung smart blueray/DVD with wifi. HOUSE IS CURRENTLY LIVED IN BY ME AND I LOVE IT, EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY, HOT SHOWERS, SOLAR PANELS, I'VE BEEN OFF GRID COMPLETELY. The Bottom Line There's much more to tiny house ownership than the potential to save lots of money. It's about simple living, freedom, environmental stewardship and living life to the fullest in accordance with your personal value system. Living in a tiny house might give you more money to have life experiences or more time to enjoy non-work activities. The cost of rent for 2-3 years for a home you can enjoy a lifetime.
