I will be leaving after fall semester ends at USF. I am looking for a student to sublet my place to from January until July. The room is furnished with a bed and frame, night stand, huge desk, and dresser. There is personal patio attached to the room. A personal bathroom is also attached to the room. A closet is included as well as a mini kitchen in the room that includes a microwave. There are three other roommates and all are very nice and clean. My roommates would prefer having another student living in the apartment with them. The rent would be $574 a month and there would be no fees up front that you would have to pay. There is an electric cap so if you go over while staying, you will have to pay. (It is split between all the roommates) Cable and Wi-Fi are included in rent but it is recommended you get a router. The apartment has a washer and dryer included as well as a full kitchen. Though the bedroom does not include a TV there is a very nice one in the living room. A full dining table and bar are featured in an open layout. The apartment is decorated. Within walking distance to USF and on the route for the Bullrunner.
