Old Historical boarding house, you have a private room and shared Bath per floor. Shared kitchen privileges. Shared laundry. This is a boarding house; you rent a space. No overnight guests or visitors in the room. One person per room only. No animals. We pay all utilities, except cable. No AC allowed house has a whole house fan. The cleaning lady provided for the bathrooms and kitchen. You must clean up after yourself and your room. DO NOT DISTURB THE TENANTS OR GO ON THE PROPERTY, PLEASE. Must have a credit report. Must show bank statement for the most current month. This is a month-to-month rental. Rent is due on the first and late on the third. No refrigerators or hot plates in the rooms at all. Will be grounds for violating the lease and you will be asked to leave.
