Deer, turkeys, kit foxes, and other species visit the grounds regularly, too. There are tons of bird feeders, and seating around them, for optimal viewing. There's also a 3/4-mile hiking trail on the property, as well as tree swings to enjoy. While small pets are allowed, they must not interfere with the wildlife. BlueBird Cottage has both a screened-in porch and an open-air patio, complete with outdoor seating, for taking in those amazing Hill Country views.
