I am relocating for work out of state and I'm looking for someone to sublet my apartment through the end of the lease (5/18/2015). The apartment is the Abingdon style 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the second floor of the 13612 building at the Point at Dulles Apartments (Herndon, VA). The complex offers a free shuttle to the Silver Line Metro, has a pool, fitness center, assigned parking spot, and other amenities.The rent is $1520 per month. The other costs for taking over the lease are a $50 application fee and a $550 Lease Take Over fee.Please let me know if you are interested as soon as possible (I'm moving out 2/16/15).
