Landlord pay Water Softener and Solar panels. Tennant is responsible for all and any bills, water, light(if any), gas, internet, cable etc. Tennant is responsible for yard maintenance. No pets allowed. No smoking. Landlord will change out A/C unit filter. 1 year lease terms. Tenants responsible for any and all daily maintenance; clogged sinks and toilets, refrigerator filter, frozen pipes. Anything landlord pays to repair, tenants must pay for. Fist months rent and last months rent(deposit) are required at signing. Anyone who will be living in the home over the age of 18 years of age must put in an application as well. Pet fee will be $150 one time non refundable per pet for dogs only. No cats allowed.
