I am looking for a long-term tenant who will stay at least one year and take care of it like it was their own. About 15 years ago, this home burned due to an elderly woman who had Alzheimer's and threw a piece of clothing on top of a lamp. Fortunately, they both survived, but after the house was rebuilt, I purchased it so it is rather new for Sun City West. The only thing that remained was the garage. This home is located in an area where at least one person must be 55 years of age or older and no one under the age of 19.
