Very clean and cozy rambler overlooking The Olympics and Saratoga Passage. The kitchen is decorated in a beach theme (can be removed) and comes with nice appliances. Propane fireplace heats up the entire house in the winter and there is also an A/C unit to keep it cool in the summer. Beautifully maintained yard and located in a very quiet/friendly neighborhood just North of the state park which has beautiful trails to walk. Comes with private community beach that includes a boat ramp. Our location is known for great crabbing and great clamming. Because we are located in the banana belt and face West, our weather is sunnier and days are longer. The beautiful sunsets are hard to beat!
