It is the former home of a metal sculptor and artist, and we would love to have someone who appreciates the whimsical vibe of the property and enjoys it as much as we do. Groceries, bars, wine tasting rooms, French bakery, and post office are all a short walk. Fine dining: Michelin Bib Gourmand featured Glen Ellen Star is across the street, French-inspired Poppy is walking distance. Great burgers and other fare at the Jack London Saloon. Walk or run right into Sonoma Valley Regional Park. Jack London State Park and Sonoma Botanical Garden are also very close. Pleasant, short commutes to Sonoma, Sonoma State University, and Santa Rosa. The owner lives on the property, so tenants are expected to be respectful of owner/neighbors and maintain a quiet lifestyle in the night hours. WiFi included. Lease term is 12 months. No more than two residents permitted. No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use (including marijuana) permitted anywhere on the property. Renter is responsible for unit electricity usage (added to next month's rent). Water is covered by owner unless tenant usage is excessive (approximately 5 units or 4000 gallons in a month). Renter is asked to place collection bins out on the street on garbage pickup days when owner is not present. One cat is permitted. No dogs. Off street parking for two cars. Vehicles modified for loud exhaust note (i.e. muscle car) not permitted. Carport is ready for level 2 car charger and will be installed if requested after first month's rent and deposit are received (usage also added to rent). Security deposit equal to one month rent, along with first full month rent required at lease signing. Renters insurance required (I can refer to broker if needed). Applicants must have credit information present on Zillow. All individuals 18 and over residing in unit must appear on the lease, and may be required to provide further proof of income depending on credit score. Applicants with unlawful detainer judgments appearing during background check will not be considered.
