Restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores are all within easy walking distance. Apartment 3 is an end unit on the second (top) floor with extra windows, and extra quiet! The apartment has in unit laundry, central heat and AC (air conditioning) and a dishwasher! The entry door opens onto a large living room with hardwood floors and a good sized entry closet (fits lots of seasonal gear!). To the right is the galley kitchen with stainless appliances (including a dishwasher and disposal), and a door that leads to the large, shared backyard. Next to the kitchen is the in-unit laundry, and a good sized bathroom. On the South side of the apartment are two large bedrooms - each around 150 square feet - with spacious closets, and a light-filled powder room or office area that has a desk and a window. The bedrooms have hardwood floors, and double paned windows that keep out the noise and let in the light. Double-thick brick walls surround the apartment (even between apartments) and help keep out sound. The large, shared and fenced backyard is the center of community for this building, with a deck for residents and a play area for dogs. $200 covers all monthly utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer and trash) except internet and cable. Dog pet rent is $30/month. No pet rent for cats. General We only consider applications after at least one applicant has seen the apartment, preferably in person.
