Master and that I'm renting out the other two bedrooms; so should any problems/issues/concerns come up, I will be there to help as much as I possibly can! It is a 5-7 minute Drive to the University of Redlands, and 15 to 20 minute drive from Loma Linda University Medical Center and Redlands community hospital. Amenities: - Pre-furnished with keyed entry (Twin bed, computer desk, chair, floor lamp w/ study light, 2 dressers, clock, trash can, blackout curtains) - Utilities (mostly) included - Pool/Jacuzzi/Security Concierge - Medical-Grade Washer/Dryer, Kitchen Use Please inquire for more details! Utilities are mostly included, however the renters will cover 33% of gas and electric. Small pets are allowed but house rules will be discussed upon interview. Smoking is not allowed by the HOA.
