Spacious room for rent in a quiet neighborhood. The home is 2,500 square feet. The room comes fully furnished unless you want to bring your own furniture. You will have to share the full bathroom with another tenant but I have a half bath that no one uses. You will also have your own office if you choose to use the space. You will have your own refrigerator located in the garage. Access to living room, kitchen and own kitchen cabinets to store your belongings. A laundry room. Closet in the hall to store linens. The house is very spacious and the main living areas rarely get used. Aside from what I'm asking for rent I ask for half of the electric bill. Water, internet, trash pick up are included in the rent.
