    The loft can accommodate 1 or 2 people and is well suited to working professionals relocating to Oregon: we have dedicated Wi-Fi, a desk and office chair, a quiet and private space ready to welcome you. The guest suite is located on the top floor, above our house and garage. There is a private entrance through the side yard and into the backyard at the top of the stairs. It overlooks our 1/3 of an acre yard, and during the summer there is a blue and white bistro set you can share with the lower guest space. The loft has a nice sized great room, kitchenette, private bathroom, and private bedroom. AMENITIES: -Includes all utilities water, sewer, garbage, electricity, gas, (ductless heat pump for heating and cooling), Wi-Fi -Living room: coat rack, umbrella, extra blankets, games, travel books, Roku TV w/Netflix, local guidebooks -Dedicated workspace: Wi-Fi, desk, office chair, lamp, paper, pens -Dining area w/ extendable table -Kitchenette: Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, plates, silverware, mugs, glasses, can opener, wine opener, Tupperware -Bathroom: towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, make-up wipes, first aid kit. -Bedroom: queen bed with memory foam mattress, suitcase rack, dresser, wood hangers, ironing board, iron, space heater, spare set of sheets, and extra blankets. -Shared outdoor seating @ the blue bistro table during the summer. -Cleaning supplies provided for guest use during the stay. The great room theme is red. It functions as the living room, dining room, and the office. There is a smart TV with Netflix with a loveseat to relax on, a place to eat dinner, and a comfortable workstation with Wi-Fi. While we don't have a full kitchen for you, we do offer a small refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, and basic dishware great for long terms stays. The bathroom has cute honeycomb style flooring, a large vanity with lots of storage space, a standing shower (great water pressure) with a wall-mounted shampoo/conditioner dispenser, and medicine cabinet stocked with basic toiletries and a first aid kit. We also have a set of gym towels, and a blow dryer on hand. Blue is the color of choice for the bedroom; there is a plush memory foam mattress on the queen-sized bed, a reading chair, dresser, luggage rack, and closet with wooden hangers. In the closet there is a full-sized ironing board and iron for you, extra sheets and blankets, a space heater, and a fan. Cleaning products provided for our long-term guests to help keep the space comfortable and clean for the duration of your stay. We can accommodate luggage drop off and early check-ins with at least 7 days advance notice. There is one parking spot dedicated to our guests on the left side of our driveway. Offsite laundry options: -Parkway Cleaners, will pick up and deliver your laundry to your door -Cedar Mill Coin Wash Laundromat (next to Target about 1 mile away) Open daily until 11pm, clean bright, extra-large machines Our loft suite is close to many employers: -Sportswear: 1.1 miles to Nike / 1.4 miles to Columbia Sportswear / 8.1 miles to Under Armour -High Tech: 2.1 miles to Tektronix / 4.4 miles to Lam Research / 5.6 10 miles to various Intel campuses -Healthcare/Research/Biotech: 3.5 miles to Providence St. Vincent Hospital / 4.4 miles Kaiser Westside Medical Hillsboro / 7.8 miles to Genentech / 8.2 miles to OHSU Other things to note: All stays over 30 days must sign a rental agreement within 2 days of booking.
