The central living space is a dramatic two-story loft space with floor-to-ceiling windows, remote-controlled shades, and even a drop-down ceiling fan, along with one of the condo's two gas fireplaces. The stairs lead into a very private upstairs- an office/den space with striking views over the loft, a walk-in closet, the second bathroom and the master bedroom featuring its own fireplace. The condo is located steps from Fillmore Street, has a large elevator in the building and a deeded car-lift style parking space. The location could not be more central to SF, literally- Japantown and Pacific Heights in the north, Alamo Square (with the Painted Ladies) and Lower Haight in the south, Hayes Valley in the east, and Divisadero Street to the west. You will be within minutes of walking to: * restaurants such as State Bird Provisions, The Progress, 3505 Meats, Nopa, SPQR, Maven,Ramen Underground, Brenda's Meat and Three, B Patisserie... the list goes on and on. * nightlife from Social Study to the Origin nightclub to the Kabuki movie theater to Japantown karaoke and Pacific Heights.
