This apartment has a very large and open kitchen space, with plenty of counter tops and cabinet storage. There is also a small desk and a lot of natural light from the windows in the living area. Also a large double balcony that over looks broomfield to the right and flatirons to the left . Another feature is a nice double sink double mirror bathroom with a nice shower and a medium sized walk in closet. The bedroom is a nice sized room. Utilities are not include in the 1500 monthly rent. They also charge for garbage disposal but all you have to do is leave it outside your door it is very convenient. And utility's will be like 2-300 a month. WiFi is 100 a month included in utilities. Parking situation is they're is a garage but for this place I prefer to park on the street right next to the stair case closest to the apartment. You can have any pet you want. They say no smoking but people do. Also a background check fee for 20 dollars .
