A river and a pond that's not to far away for fishing and fully forested area behind the house which is great for hunting! NO WATER BILL! Fresh well water! Plus Central air and gas heat & stove. Things tenant is responsible for: Gas and Electric Yard Maintenance Appliances (w&d and refrigerator are not furnished) Rental insurance Trash removal The important details: (A MUST READ) I am using a realtor to show the property and the realtor will only show to QUALIFIED applicants. Gross individual monthly income must be twice the rent. (No less than making 2000 a month individually) NO Section 8. Deposit to hold is 1000. Rent is 1000. Less that perfect credit is ok-however it will require an additional deposit. Potential tenants must be gainfully employed, be able to show proof of income, not need a co-signer and be willing to pay for a background and credit check or potential tenant will not be considered.
