Access the apartment through a side security gate with a digital keypad. You will rarely see the homeowner. This is meant to be a short to medium length rental (1-6 months). Longer length leases will be considered. Owner pays water, sewer, trash, and internet. Tenant pays electricity, which is metered separately, but does not receive an individual bill. All utilities are currently connected; tenant will not need to activate or turn on anything. This is a furnished unit that includes a washer and dryer.
