I'm offering each room, with shared living space, for $1,000/month (read promotion below for utilities). Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and baseboard heating that works exceptionally well. Each room is spacious and clean with 2-3 windows in each room. All plugs and switches are in working order. All closets have bars for hanging clothes. Only one bedroom has carpeting, while the other two have hardwood flooring. No smoking allowed inside the house. Cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning wipes, floor wipes, dish soap, sponges) will be provided. As long as the shared living space is kept presentable, there shouldn't ever be a problem. Renter is allowed up to two (2) vehicles on property. There are two parking spaces that are used as turn around. Tenant must show a background check. Lease will only be accepted as month-to-month. This makes things much easier for both parties. All monthly rent is due on the 20th of each month ($1,000 + utility coverage, if signed after 2/16/25 or $1,050 with small dog + utility coverage, if signed after 2/16/25. No utility cost will be on the tenant, if lease is signed before 2/16/25, for the first three months, then $100/month from the fourth month on. If the homeowner or renter decides to end the lease, whichever party must provide a 30 day notice. No pets allowed. Only exception are small dogs (Yorkie, Dashund, Boston Terriers, etc) for an extra $50/month. 75% of the first floor bathroom has been updated. Living room fireplace was newly renovated, ceilings and walls were professionally painted, and kitchen will have new countertops this spring. Countertops are already purchased (will not interfere with daily living).
