We are within a half mile of the Community College, a new Stater Bros shopping center is currently under construction with a Postal Annex/Walgreens/Starbucks and other stores. A Rite Aide is under construction across the street. Three miles to the south, a Super Wal-Mart is opening January 07. There are golf courses and a casino minutes away.
