In 2022 we began updating the older apartments to a newer, fresher community living experience. Please excuse any mess if scheduling a tour in 2023, we are in the process of creating something extraordinary. Our goal for the community is to see a diverse group of students, young families, artists, and makers. We have brightened the place with colorful murals, bright pops of color, and so much more. Contact us today to book a tour. Units are being remodeled daily; please feel free to sign up for the waiting list if you want to stay up to date as new units become available. All leases must end in the summer months of May-July. Pets are allowed, but additional fees apply. No smoking indoors or within 5ft of the front door. Numbered parking spots will be assigned. All applicants must have good credit, sufficient income, and good rental and work references, as well as pass a background check.
