We bought the home in June 2004. The information given about the home last being sold in April 2009 is referencing a refinancing that was done by us. The home is in a wonderfully secluded subdivision with outstanding neighbors that you can't see from the house, yet are there! The interior has gone through a great bit of renovation over the last two years. Truly a must see!
