The road is not maintained; however, with a 4WD vehicle, it's accessible most of the year. A huge 2800 gallon water tank is installed in the basement with a new pump. Laundry hook-ups and the water heater are also in the basement which also provides ample storage. Annual fee for the US Forest Service Special Use Permit is just under $1900.00.
