Located on the western edge of Anaheim this location is just blocks from Knotts Berry Farm. All units are on the inside facing the center greenspace featuring a gazebo and lots of grass for entertaining guest. This unit is located in the back corner of the property. The front porch is a perfect place to rest, bar b que, or just enjoy the greenspace. This unit has new carpet and paint throughout, with tile in the kitchen and bath. The kitchen has just been updated with new counters, stainless steel sink, and a new stove and disposal, it also has an above range microwave and new window blinds. Just added to the bathroom, curved shower rod for more space a new faucet, new showerhead and retouched sink and bathtub / shower and new window blinds. This unit also features ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedroom with 2 closets. We currently have a laundry room on site, and this is one of the closer units to the facilities. All units feature security doors and the front gate generally closes at dusk. The center of our common area includes a large green space featuring a gazebo for all to enjoy. Many of our tenants have been here more than 10 years and we have less than 20 single level units. Owner currently pays for water and gas for this unit. Tenant is responsible for electricity and trash/sewer billed every 2 months through Anaheim utilities. That is about 6 times a year. Garage is optional at move in, if it is not chosen, it may not be available at a later date. This is a non smoking, vaping property. Inside or outside of the units, not smoking or vaping. We do have a few tenants that step outside the gates to smoke which is great. Lease is 1 year, then converts to a month to month. We may be able to spread the security payment out a bit to qualified tenants. We do a credit and background screening of all tenants over the age of 18+ moving into the unit. This fee is $40 each tenant. We do not run a credit check until you have qualified all other verifications, employment, income, reference checks etc.
