We are a family-run and family-owned property at 137 West 83rd St, and have been for the last thirty-five years. 137 West 83rd St has been owned and operated by myself and my family since the 80s, and in that time we have seen countless tenants come and go. The Unit in question (Unit 3S) is one of the best units in the building. Fully freshly renovated, absolutely brand new, and with works only having been completed in late 2023. We have had tenants in the unit for the past year, but you would only be the second set of tenants to live in the unit. The previous tenants did not have pets, and have left the unit in stellar condition. Unit 3S is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit; with an enormous living room that includes an attached kitchen. Unit 3S has, by far, the BEST views of any unit in the building. Full front-facing, and with huge windows that let in light 24/7. The pictures really do not do it justice.
